About the Founder

 

Dr. Jerry Makokoane is the founder and Managing Director of Enlarjing Steps (Pty) Ltd, a company driven by a desire to help Corporate Leaders who aspire to elevate their performance or want to stay at the top of their game.

 

Dr. Makokoane is well-vested in management practices and he holds an MBA and Doctorate in Applied Management. He is also a qualified SA Business Coach, a certified InnerLifeSkills Enneagram Coach, a Member of COMENSA, 

an ICR® Certified International Coach Practitioner, and a Published Researcher.

 

 

His experience of over 20 years as an Executive and COO grants an advantage to his clients who want to be professionally capable in their business performance. His proficient leadership has led to the establishment of important public entities in the transport sector within South Africa. He successfully led the development of complex information and technology systems at the Provincial and National government levels as well as in a National Public Entity.
